Who We Are
BYHS is a compassionate mental healthcare clinic with knowledgeable practitioners who are good listeners and have great empathy for its clients' well-being. Social well-being hinges on emotional and psychological awareness and how to cope with them to reduce stress. Our mental health is impacted whenever we cannot cope with stress placed on us by ourselves or the environment. Therefore, BYHS was created to empower our clients to make healthy choices and show them coping mechanisms to reduce mental illness or poor mental health. At BYHS, we are a pioneer in children, adolescents, and adults' mental health services. We are a skilled outpatient mental health clinic with specialists with many years of experience.

It is a fallacy to believe we can rid our world of mental illness. However, we can create a society where mental illness is inert. Our mission is to be able to provide affordable mental healthcare services to our community to improve their quality of life. We have the vision to create a society where we learn to cope with life's challenges by making mental healthcare clinics available and affordable to minimize Mental illness and/or poor mental health.

Olajumoke Rotimi, CRNP-PMH
Dr. Rotimi is the CEO and co-founder of BYHS. She is a skilled specialist in child, adolescent, and adult mental health, with many years of experience in the medical field. She began her career at the bottom and climbed the ladder. This bottom-up involvement enabled her to collaborate with various healthcare practitioners and provided her with diverse experiences in healthcare. She is a knowledgeable practitioner and a good listener, possessing strong empathetic skills. Her experience across different sectors of the healthcare field has solidified her people skills. She obtained her AA and BS nursing degrees from Pratt Community College and University of Maryland, respectively. She graduated from Walden University with her Master’s. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
